the prospective employers depending on the employers’ internal processes

3. Relocation

Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,”
Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) must be open to relocating to any place as per the
employer’s demands if presented with such an opportunity.
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) must be open to exploring opportunities (interviews) at different
locations depending on the industry requirements, desired field, selected specialization, and
market situation. If there are no opportunities in or around the
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) city/town/village, in such a case, the
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) must be open to exploring opportunities at different locations. In
any such situation, if the Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners
(“Students”,” Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) denies exploring opportunities at various
locations, s/he will not be eligible for the money-back guarantee or refund.

4. Offer Letter

Once Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,”
Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) receive a ‘Letter of Offer’, ‘Letter of Intent’ or any such
communication pertaining to the Job opportunity from any prospective employer, she/he is not
entitled to a refund or a money-back guarantee no further interviews shall be scheduled under
the Program, regardless of whether you accept or decline the offer letter. Once
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) receive an offer letter from any of the prospective employers,
she/he is not entitled to a refund or a money-back guarantee, irrespective of whether the
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”)accepts or rejects the offer. In any case, the learner shall be eligible
for their ten-interview assistance mechanism.

5. TrainingInbox is not liable or responsible for any salary commitment, the program is designed
to help Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) acquire industry-specific skills, and nowhere the program or
TrainingInbox commits or claim to ensure any specific salary to the

Professionals", “you,” “your”) from the prospective employers. The salary offered by any of the
employers entirely depends on the employers' policies, market standards, and performance in
the interview.

6. Any Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) that have been disqualified/blacklisted by the employer or if any
employer reports any complaint against a leaner due to any behavioral issues/misconduct
during the interview or placement process, the said
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) will be disqualified from the said program and shall not be entitled
to any refund or money-back guarantee

    communication with program administrators and instructors, providing feedback and
    seeking clarification when needed.

  • Over the entire duration of the Program,

  • Throughout the whole Placement Counselling Sessions,

    original work. No plagiarism must be identified in your assignments, projects, or case

  • After obtaining a letter of offer from a potential employer,

    Professionals", “you,” “your”) must within the next twenty-four (24) hours accept or reject
    the offer. If Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,”
    Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) fail to contact or communicate with the
    employer, Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,”
    Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) offer will be regarded to be refused.

8. Mode:

 If Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,”
Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) choose to discontinue the program for the reason
acceptable by TraininInbox, Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners
(“Students”,” Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) shall be entitled to a pro-rata return of
fees based on Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,”
Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) participation and attendance in the Program. If the
reason is not acceptable or justified to the Company,
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) will not be eligible for any refund.


Pro-rata refund refers to a partial refund of the fees
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) paid for the program, calculated proportionally based on
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) participation and attendance in the program.


If Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) choose to discontinue the program for a valid reason acceptable to
TraininInbox, such as personal circumstances or unforeseen events, the company will assess
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) level of participation and attendance to determine the portion of
the program Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,”
Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) have completed. The refund amount will be calculated
based on the percentage of the program that
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”

For example, if Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,”

(“Students”,” Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of
50% of the fees Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,”
Freshers",” Professionals", “you,” “your”) paid. The exact calculation method may vary based on

It's important to note that if your reason for discontinuing the program is not deemed acceptable

9. Additional grounds for denial of refund::

discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse,
including but not limited to the following:

I. A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) before the refund was requested.

II. Multiple refunds have been requested by
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) for the same course.

III. . Excessive refunds have been requested by
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”).

IV. Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) who have their account reported, banned, or course access
disabled due to a violation of our Policies and Guidelines.

10. Termination:

 The Program will be terminated if
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) fail to acknowledge, respond to, or otherwise address any
communication received or issued by TrainingInbox or the potential employer under the terms of
the Program, including but not limited to emails, SMS messages, calls, social media
communication, etc.

11. Software update:

TrainingInbox has all the rights to automatically update the
software/platform/application at any given point in time.

12. Refund process:

To claim a refund, you shall write an email to us at
support@traininginbox.com. The mail must contain your complete name, the name of the
Program, and a brief description of the problems
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) encountered.
Candidates/Students/Freshers/Professionals/Users/Learners (“Students”,” Freshers",”
Professionals", “you,” “your”) request will be reviewed and responded to by the Company within
15 working days.

13. Limitation of liability:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including but not
limited to any lost profits, lost data, or any other interruption.

14. Non-Placement:

In the event that participants/students/freshers/professionals/users who
have registered and enrolled in our program do not secure a job or placement, and provided
they have complied with all the specified terms, conditions, and clauses in the '100%
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE POLICY' and other relevant program policies, TrainingInbox offers
them the opportunity to join the next batch of a similar program at no additional program fees.
Alternatively, participants/students/freshers/professionals/users may choose to pursue a refund
according to the guidelines outlined in Clause No: '12' of the '100% MONEY-BACK
GUARANTEE POLICY' for the refund policy and process.
